Ruca Tease Rentals is the Latest Tropical Paradise Resort Condominiums, situated on the gorgeous, Mature, Tropical, Grand Havens sim. Ruca Tease Rentals has four 1728sm, two- storey one-bedroom condos with all the fine furnishings you can think of.

Ruca Tease Rentals come with full wrap around decks that join to a deck in the front of the property that will lead you to the community area of the sim. In the community area you will find a quite couples/friends gazeebo, various chill spots all around for friends and couples including a swing, a pool with a full bar, tables and chairs with tiki unbrellas and torches lighting the way all around.
